@ (author) : Long time Haxley! I've been distracted by the events of this year and I also replaced my previous laptop learning a new OS and actively helping with another Mod. Nevertheless if you begin a Discord then I'll be glad to join and experience the process.

@Awkward - These are my implementations breaking~

Unfortunately, alot of my more sophisticated coding mechanics aren't recognized and handled by GUTS at -all- which breaks a ton of stuff when it gets repacked.

That being said, the only working 'source code' is my raw data~ Any changes or edits to it will have to come from me directly or someone working directly with me, as I'm the only one with the raw data- this is a fault of GUTS and it's lack of general polish.

I apologize if you're wanting to make some edits or do anything~ If you're still interested, feel free to message me or hit me up on discord or something.

I'm still developing and trying to fix various things and I've actually done quite a bit of work that hasn't been updated or posted anywhere, I'm actually thinking about making a discord channel specifically for the mod and it's developement and give people a way to chat with me live.

when i tried to unpack your mod, i got lot of unknown tags inside. is that all your implementations or some of them are wrongly-written standard tags?

@Everyone - As is the case with all force spawned items, make sure you're using the proper internal names if you're to force spawn them. Display Names do not work for this.

@Everyone - Hey Fam! Been quiet on radios for a while as I've been working on things. The entire wind tree got a full overhaul and is about as completed as the others now. Fundamentals and play style have been established and implemented. Skills need all of their tiers and rankings which is what I'm gonna start working on next. I still have to do the charge bar systems for each element and their corresponding tweak skills. More on this later.

Sorry for the delay in reponses, lots of RL going on.

Alot of armor and cosmetics aren't fully implemented. The models and such are there just no way to attain other than force spawning. This is still incomplete for now, of course, and will be getting updates as I have them~

Order of varied levels of completion:

Earth (80%)
Fire (70%)
Water (65%)
Lightning (65%)
Wind (30%)

This is a rough estimate but I feel like doing this (releasing early) will help me finish faster. Honest feedback goes the distance when it's a 1-man team or a small team.

@steffire3 - I personally use things like cosmetic slots, warbounds and a bunch of other mods. I feel like if players utilize what I've put in place strategically they should be able to face Synergies effectively and perhaps on harder difficulties. This is to say that the classes are built around a control/manage/sway type of gameplay. Those wanting brute force should consider Fire and secondly Lightning.

@steffire3 - I worked so hard to make sure this mod was compatible with absolutely everything! I approached this as a mod to enhance or perhaps modify the way you play your game and other mods. For immersion I recommend using the FEP1+2 mod.

Any feedback is appreciated, be it bug reports, suggestions, criticism, etc

Thorough compatibility tests are equally helpful, both to me and anyone else who wants to play.

I'm thinking of testing this Class against the dungeons of Corley's TL2E mod. I'll place Naruto at the top to ensure it's features get priority. My question is if this will work for Players who use stuff like Synergies and if that kind of feedback is as helpful as testing it alone.

@Everyone - Big day today, I'm releasing the first ALPHA.

This work is not ready for beta testing yet, I have unfinished stuff.

The real reason behind this is I NEED feedback. I need people to play this and test it so I can get better notes while I'm finalizing and building onto this.

Play it with a grain of salt, report your findings: what you like and what you don't like.

What do you want to see? Were you disappointed with something? Is something missing?


These are questions I need answers to, and I won't be able to make the best product without the feedback of the people who will be playing it.

@MrGreen - I'm still working on it! I'm always down for testers and anyone potentially wanting to contribute to the project, the real issue is that modding for TL2 is a specific language so not everyone can just hop into it and know what they're doing, it usually takes some getting used to. That being said, the other high-end modders all have their own projects also.

I'm not far from doing twitch and youtube videos (already prepping some) so bear with me! This is a blackhole of work and refining lol

@Everyone - I really appreciate everyone chiming in and helping keep this thing going. It is indeed alot of work and unfortunately there's been alot of heavy irl stuff going on, again -.- Development is still ongoing and things are still being built, it's not dead by any means.

I do apologize that this has been extended for so long, but again it's just alot of work and it's a creative lovechild for me xD

@Extremegamer29 It's a work in progress, fellah. It's just one man running the show, so the progress is a bit slow, but from what I understand it's almost done. He's for sure going to make a public post or update when it DOES become available, so until then, just sit tight.

Massive. Development. Progress.

So much has been done in the last month o.O

First public beta is not far off (where I'll be releasing the earth class for people to play with while I finish up the rest)

Many, many, many things done.

Chakra system perfectly in place - No mana regen, you are required to charge up your mana as per canon.

Substitution system perfectly in place - You have 4, like the UNS mechanics. Using substitution removes 1 of 4 indicators, and when you deplete all of them you incur a small cooldown penalty before being able to use them again. They recover 1 every 15 seconds.

Chakra band items and such have been made and tested, proving fairly fruitful.

Gameplay changes via chakra, evasive techniques and jutsus are superb~
Awakened mode is currently being developed as the charge bar system.

Many particles remade.

@steffire3 - I could do that, however even my own custom animations were commissioned from another modder or vanilla edits made to suit my specific needs.

I'm familiar with animation editing and getting them to work properly with custom skills and such, so feel free to reach out at any time for help.

Once my own stuff is at a point where I can break from it, I plan on delving into the animation side of things and making a mass of animations to use for current/future projects.

There is a lack of modded animations available on the Workshop. Only the Far East packs have added new moves for direct Weapon Attacks such as jump kicks and martial stances.
So I'm wondering if you would be interested in releasing an Animation Pack as a side mod intended to be used as a resource for mod packs?

Yeah, mod isn't dead. Real life has been rearing it's ugly head as usual~ Recently had a birthday, death in the family, etc etc.

It's really been piling up, however this mod is my lovechild and -will- be released eventually. I've no more 'mountains' to face as far as my coding and such, so once I actually get time to work on it, it will come together pretty quickly.

@ Haxley (author) : It's just that usually developers submit unfinished buggy content which allows the testers (here, the users on the Workshop) to test the mods as they get patched by the mod author with user reports.

Although I respect this style too. Closed Testing for a product before release. It could just be a cultural change through the years in development style.
