i really love this mod also for anyone reading this comment if you put on the veteran and put the playermodel color on white it becomes a cool winter veteran

I love these skins they're amazing I always wanted a recolorable arctic. If its not to hard I'd love recolorable Day of Defeat skins too that'd be cool.

Because his vest is, by default, both a part of and the same color as the rest of his outfit, whereas everyone else has a detached black vest which is not.

The addon replaces the default textures for the default models. See the description for the paths to these models. There are no custom models bundled with this add-on, only textures.
