Harrier should be pretty challenging, but I don't really like its design.
Avro Vulcan should be too straightforward but kinda cool.

And now my list has become bigger and bigger :P

Very nice as always, and fits in the bounding box. I'm sure you have a big list of planes to build, but might I suggest having a crack at a harrier jump jet or the avro vulcan bomber
