I'll still give it a try, because it may be something else that user has installed that is breaking it . . . and I loved this truck when I last played over a year ago . . . back when Keen broke all the LCD image mods.
Maybe I can ask script's author to add support for N or P instead of number, then it's ok :)
This truck is good. Literally. Only thing i couldn't do was climb 60~degrees on the long run!
This is better than anything i or my friend did in our history combined (talking about wheeled stuff tho)
BTW there are too many details and i frickin' loved them!
(I suggest an N gear for when, you know; stop. Max anything that helps you break. Since handbreak doesnt seem to do enough we need to break for ourselves.)
5/7 would drive again.
Have my thumbs up!
NOTE:
i was driving on VERY rocky terrian so that could be a major factor as to why i was flipping over so much.
i mannaged to get some fun out of it by dropping the chassis almost to the ground so the center of grav was lower and it seemed to work for a hour (as i said, an hours drive on it) but as soon as i tried turning it just did a wheelie then proceeded to flip onto it's back and cartwheel to doom
most likely due to the games mechanics than your truck.
once again nice truck, very fun to drive and simple to use.
3) Anything will crash in thousand pieces if it hit voxel
And you sure that issue like piston heads falling off is my issue, not game itself? Lights were re-adjusted for each bugged update so many times that I stopped updating them, now spotlights seem stable, I guess I can make final adjustment for them.
1) it constantly flips over and despite my efforts to flip it back it persists to just break into tiney tiny pieces or a useless hunk of junk before it finds where "down" is.
2) there's no easy way to flip this pile of doodoo over.
3) although the driving is quite nice and the suspension is great if you go over 10km/h and hit, say a tiny bump on the road, or terrain, it imidately makes this thing do a cartwheel and therefore explode into pieces again.
those are my main ones, there are some minor ones like lights not working correctly, piston heads dropping off into nothing etc. but so far the three up above annoy the F outta me.
nice truck though :) don't trust me with it though :P
I guess the third timer kept resetting everything before it could do any work (it couldnt even rename the suspension struts) after that i didnt even need to title the timers "susp_c" and i figured it out by using the antenna on the lion to display all the suspension script controls, so i guess your truck was actually more help than the manual.
Also I love your stuff dude keep it up
Donations will not cover even a... anything, especially new PC. And I keep feeling it's too early for donations for me, my greatest mod (one of 2-3 my mods at all) made not only by me and use a ton of other's workshop works - it's like I'm using someone's creations to get money
May be it's my windows. May be those freezes will go away after soon windows reinstall, I really hopes so. But not - it's killing all my nerves...
