@Mythic_Max in terms of playable area about the furthest you can get around the coast is to St Margarets Bay

It's a challenging map to get started on, as the initial location is very hilly, which really constrains you, but leads to some interesting, quirky layouts. Once you can unlock the flatter land to the north, expansion gets a lot easier.
