I did as the Read me file told, Menu music works, but for some reason I hear the original in the background too. Fixed it by downloading no menu music, the music still plays.

i cant find any file called 598748496 or (598748496) but i would assume that you ment that 598748496 was the file. i have my steam games on 2 drives so that might have something to do with it but i did search for that file on my whole pc so that shouldnt matter.

I followed the instructions but it just had me download a bunch of junk programs that didn't help with the modding. Plus it doesn't say where to find the .bik file. Gigantic waste of my time.

Try moving it around into different folders. There is no other way to convert to .bik other than to use RAD Video Tools.

i use that in the past but when i converted mp4 i downloaded from youtube its like 1min and 30 seconds when i am gonna convert it, its not working T^T

Oh I'm sorry. I should have included that in the instructions on the mid page. I will fix that when I get home. Please download GCFScape. That will allow you to extract them.

the corecect question is how do i extract a .vpk?

The README.txt should be the only file the .vpk contains. If don't see a README.txt file then you are looking in the wrong file or it downloaded incorrectly. Try deleting the mod and reinstalling it.
