You could change it from a trigger into a button, it could even have a visible antline connection to the dropper.
Prototype - I had the discussion with deathwish and I was going to put some sort of arrow to indicate the player must pass here, but as it is the only way across and is forced, I went against it. How would you change it?
Re - the button its there because of the intended solution. I think ill move it across in hammer so its easier to use perhaps.

Is there a reason the only portal surface on ground level is behind a button? It makes it a bit difficult to get to.

Small hammer tip : to compile proper hit the expert button and choose "full compile, both. final[slow]". This is the way you will have proper lighting and visibility.
