Whip dunno if this is still maintained, but the bomber scripts no longer work. In my testing the JDAM launcher still functions, but the missile code catches and error. if its not maintained, no worries, but this is I think a unique missile script.

I did it with this one too, otherwise great ship, awesome idea!

Hey Whiplash, there are two gyroscopes in the bases of the two wings that are attached to a conveyor tube and start bugging (in effect destroying the ship) when flying or releasing bombs. Small adaption needed, which should be doable in a few minutes.

Nonetheless, great design and very effective. Keep it up!

I kinda like the beeping for this; it happens so fast it sounds like the cockpit instruments running. ^^ Also, these are pretty kinetically effective already.

Oh! That is the timer looping! They made a unmentioned change to tmers making them beep when they run. I never went back and updated this version to sinence that damn noise but I'm glad you enjoy it XD

It works extremely well. I spent half an hour just lining tanks up and dropping bombs on them. It's a supremely effective weapon, the ship looks great, and I have no idea what the beeping noise in the cockpit is but it really adds to the immersion.

The script on the JDAMs is a bit different than the one on my missiles. But the missile code is up on my workshop :)

Is the script your guided missiles script or a different but similar one and is it available on the workshop?

I'm glad you like the JDAMs! Simply replace the heavy armour with warheads and you are in business :D I'm not sure if cargo stacked with explosives is still effective in 1x inventory settings, but that could be an interesting route to investigate :)

Love your tracking torpedoes, though they definitely look more optimized for armor piercing than widespread damage. That's not a bad thing at all. After all, you torpedoes can withstand sustained gatling counter-fire all the way to the target and punch through to delicate systems.

But do you think you could craft a more explosive version of these missiles for more internal damage?

@Stealth: I just tested the bomber in various environments and it worked fine. I'm not sure what is happening on your end D:

I just press 1 and the first bomb falls with the tails of all the bombs

Whenever I fire the 1st bomb all the little tails fall off of all four bombs
