To get the 3.1 beta you can right-click on the game in your library and select 'Properties'. In the window that opens, go to the 'Betas' tab and select the beta from the drop-down list.

Yeah, I know that 3.1 is out but how do I download it?

If you're having problems with the mod, make sure you're running the new version 3.1 that's currently in the beta channel. This mod requires new features and won't load in the older 3.0.3 version.

the mod wont load and cant load hegtmony unless i unsubscibe the mod

When i tried to launch the game with this mod, it errored out and didnt even let me launch the game.
