No, No. When you interact with a city state that has a specific picture, like compa, if the dialogue changes from "I love.." to anything else, the picture goes away

If you give a gift or do anything to change the dialogue on the city states that have a picture, it changes back to the default background. But an awesome mod that makes me want to ally everyone xD Thanks!

When I play with 24 city-states,
2 same name city-states appear in game.(IF and IF, Compa and Compa)
If you want vanilla city-states to be playable,
please remove texts in [XML\NEPM_citiestateremove.xml].
