Could use some edits and spelling corrections. Inventive in a few clever ways, imaginative with a new kind of town, and really feels like it fits in nicely with the canon world.
I understand some people's frustration at a lack of gear (esp med-packs) but it does make you fight smarter. It's also a nice change from having dozens of things in your stash that you'll never use.
i'm struggling with the boss fight. The new npc, Chelsey The Cleaner, is pretty much just another target to draw fire. She has Imperial Stormtrooper-like accuracy, it's amazing.
There's just too many baddies coming at you one after the other. Will keep trying at it.
Overall, good module. Challenging at times, but well worth playing.
Thank The Maker :)
Bug?
Your Buddy is a decker!
You escape by turning the corner and exiting the building. Too many LoneStar and powerful mage Mr. Carnege
I used spirits as cannon fodder and they counts as "dead runners".
Tried this fight without spirits.
On first try his AOE killed my drone (not activated!) and it was "you lose" immediately.
Second try - succeed.
Thank you for good story!
If you still have your last save, try banishing any spirits that are on your team BEFORE you completely finish that battle. I think that should do the trick.
dang, thought I fixed that, but I did reformat my computer recently and I might not have uploaded the fix for that. I'll give it a look. It's probably because spirits from your team left.
Maxwell's mansion, top floor. My crew beat Maxwell, he withdraw to portal and - "you lose, runner killed". But all my crew is alive.
Is it a bug, or I did something wrong?
Still a great mod. Love it. Keep up the good work
Pittsburgh is not SR canon. I needed a blank canvas for my story and grew up around Pittsburgh, so I know a good bit about the area.
You sell pay data to Mr. E in Oakland. His shop is just NE of the main bus stop.
Thanks for the feedback ccwylde70 and anaxolomun. I'll look into the issues you have mentiond. I'm going to have Frazzel give better directions to his appartment at the start. You definitly should not be spawing inside the crime mall. Hope that was some defect I added last upload :P .
I'll also look into the issue with the Vampire Lord and losing becuse of having a summoned spirit at the end.
Thanks for playing!
Probably should have lead with this: Great work! I enjoyed the story and feel of the setting.
Was Pittsburg ever released in Shadowrun lore, or is this all original? Either way, well executed.
I switched some portraits for special made ones. I acnnot pick them in Anarchy Wars but in all other champaigns and games.
Only had one bug issue in the game. Fighting in the Vampire Lord room (not Max) and found it would go redscreen when I killed the last enemy in there, saying I lost b/c one of my people died - except, none of my people were dead. Figured out I had to banish any summoned spirits before killing the last enemy. Odd, but that did the trick !
Fun battles though, in and out of this world :)
Only had a few hangups / annoyances with the game. Finding Drazzel's apartment was a bit irksome, and that early on was a bit of a hassle, having just figured there wouldn't be quest markers - it ended up being cool not having them later, since I'd found it odd in the original game that you'd 'know-where-to-go' through Fog of War. I guess I just wish Drazzel's apt. at that early stage of the game wasn't in the last place I looked (yeah, I know ...)
That's one minor gripe. Running out of my 1000 characters so I'll split this review here.
thnx :)
TallBoy : talk to Sweet Steve in Oakland and go on his run. Then you'll be introduded to TallBoy. Do his two runs and he'll join you at the end.
Arlon : talk to Deseray in the apartments in Crafton and do her run. She will give you access to the Steelhammer compound where you can talk to Arlon and do his two runs.
Undertaker : Go to the Highwood Cemetary after completing the Carpenters Union run and you can go in the cabin. Accept the mission to help clear the cemetary.
Jacob : Talk to Jacob at the park in Northside and agree to help him. Go to Sweet Steve in Oakland and pay him for the info on Maxwell. Go back to Jacob and do his run.
Miggity, this story is ment to be explored. Frazzel's apartment is in the opposite corner of the map from Lone Star HQ, but the shipyard .
One Thing tho After the Mission where you exit from the other Dimension i exit and then i am stuck and can not move in any Way Other then that i enjoyed this Content very much. I coul not for the love of god find Clues to that Sideplot where you are supposed to help that Detective... Maybe thats just because im stupid tho.
