The enormity of the map itself simply makes me happy. Now it takes much longer to explore the world and makes it much harder to explore. At Turn 260 something, I still explored little more than Europe (My starting continent). Two other nations spawned on the same continent, and I conquered them both. The natural obstacles you added makes it much more realistic to invade (Getting past those mountains by Spain was hard. I had to leave myself open to barbarians before declaring war).
There are a lot more resources on a single continent also, which makes me a LOT more happy. I don't have to scour the entire planet to find Uranium or Horses anymore.
One problem: Ghandi gets more Uranium.
and while i am here, why egyptia is so close to sea, one tile downer would allow to found a coastal city?
and why not add an atoll or tile for chypria
