Is it just me or is Magical Soldier able to casually travel across coast/ocean tiles (without "embarking") as if it was flat land and/or walk over mountains?

Which DLC do you have? Vanilla? GaK? or BNW?
This mod can run only on BNW. Sorry..

It's a shame Mina replaced her in the later games, I hope she makes a comback at some point.
If your right then Lowee might be my new favourite nation :)

By the way, do any of these mods require the G+K or BNW DLC?

I like Financier.
She is the best cutest minor character.
So I want to use her portrait picture as the UU.

That’s right.
She is not magical soldier.
However, I think that all Lowee's people can use magic.

Just thought it needed to be pointed out. It doesn't bother me, I just found it interesting that you chose her portrait for the UU.

聖地から文化力が出るように修正しました。
攻城兵器のUA昇進に関しては既存の昇進との相性が悪いのか、
色々いじっても反映されませんでした。
今後原因が分かり次第修正します。

聖地から文化力が出ないのと攻城兵器にUA昇進がつかないのはミスですね。報告ありがとうございます。なるべく早く直します。
非戦闘ユニットにつかないのは仕様です。

度々すみません、ＵＡ聖地だけ文化＋２の効果出てません、攻城兵器にＵＡ昇進付かない、労働者とか非戦闘ユニットも付かないけどこちらは仕様かな？

yes this mod have tundra terraion bias, so Lowee have combat bonus on tundra and snow.

追記です。ゲーム開始直後は「文化の概要」を開けますが、開拓者を都市に変えてからは開けないようです。

次々新たな指導者が追加されてワクワクしています。しかし、何故かブランを指導者にしてプレイしていると、画面右上にある「文化の概要」が開けません。
