Weird. Using this spams "plus" signs into the world, nothing more, nothing less. You don't know which "plus" sign is which dino.

Additionally, just like S+/SS tools, you cannot transfer it from your inventory to your hotbar or into a directory (wrongly-called "folder"): it will exist twice then.

Left my base on a pteronodon for a minute, came back and 80% of my tames were gone. Almost lost my mind, this mod found them, they chased off and killed an alpha raptor a long ways away! Thanks for making this.

when i tamed a ferox it clipped into the ground can i use this to teleport my ferox to me somehow?

Ok, I almost lost my tranqs and rifle with my argy due to being an idiot. I literally tried to get close to a thyla level 156 on a tree and it jumped upward toward me, grabbed me, killed me, then my game proceeded to crash. Thanks to this mom my carrier argy is now safe with my loot

The mod has not been updated for over 5 years and is bound to have issues and seems to be hit or miss when it works. I've had it work on one game play and then start up the game the next day and does not work correctly.
A lot of people say to try out a mod called Dino Tracker as it is more updated and works more consistently with the newer releases of the game.
This mod was top of the line in it's day but those days are sadly long past.

its been behaving strange for me. it seems like it always works on the map i start on, but any other maps my survivor goes to, it only tracks few or even none of the tames. its very bizarre. when i first used this years ago i started on the island, worked perfectly.
now i started on gen 2, then went to the island, scorched and aberration, but it only works fine on gen2... i dont get it

@ Kraven Look up the mod Dino Tracker. Its a more up to date mod and works well

doesn't seem to work if pets are on follow, my rex went missing as it was following me. But it did work for my 2 pets I put on wander. I don't think it died it was 205 and it wasn't in the messages also I play single player

Worked perfectly on Ragnarok.

February 2021 worked great for me on Aberration

@Mekkie It should still point to them even if they are on follow, if it is not working then try a mod called Dino tracker. This mod was great in it's time but has not been updated in years, sometimes it works other times it doesn't.

Lost 2 dinos and cant find them, they were on follow to each other :( is there some config to edit to where it will still point to dinos who are on a follow command? Thanks :/

I LOVE this mod! It's been a LIFESAVER for finding stray dinos (they tend to survive me >.>)

However, it definately needs to be updated. My friends and I are experiencing repeated glitches with it where it keeps trying to lead us to dinos we don't own.

This mod seems to be malfunctioning for me. If I use it once during a play session to find a pet, it will activate *by itself* later when I arrive at my base where I keep most of my current pets. It lights up every single animal, resulting in absolutely disastrous frames until the light dies. It will randomly activate on a dino on the opposite side of my medium-sized base for a few minutes afterward.

No. Mod hasn't been updated in over 3 years.... modder no longer modding ARK. I use Dino Tracker... works great.

It's currently only pointing out non-following pets, making it so if someone's folowing me and gets stuck I never find them again. is this mod still being supported? Haven't seen comments from the maker :(

DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE. Only tracks most recently tamed dino on my server. Used to work previously.

This stopped working for pets that are following. Only works on pets who are not following.
