needs more texture and detail, but otherwise looks promising, if it had more texture and detail, i wouldn't mind paying money for this :D

It's good but it needs more texture. Maybe put some scratches or engravings on it.

I think that is a great skin but if the tips were brighter it would stand out much better. right now it kinda blends with the gray considering its a called plasma it would fit if it were brighter

I had forgotten to upload new images of this project, seeing as I have since then updated it. New images of the re-texture are placed first, whereas the original pictures are after them.

Overall looks good, i love corpus design , but the blade looks like a plastic

I appreciate the feedback and I agree with all suggestions made. But this was a contest piece I made months ago. I didn't win for good reason and since then I've been working on other things. I may come back and polish this piece up and if that time comes, your feedback will be put to good use.

Looks nice but perhaps add some dimples around the hand grip section like what you see on a golf ball or the knurling on weight lifting bars. Google knurling, knurled, dimpled steel and you'll see what I mean :)
As for the blades perhaps try for a 'Brushed Steel' Texture so it doesn't look plastic I like the shape of this weapon but the textures are the only thing I dislike so far but over all a good job!

Shapes are nice, but Corpus weapons rarely look so smooth and clean.

Yeah, I agree with you on the shape. I was having a tough time making a bladed weapon look corpus like. The handle leading up to the blade head was kept boxy, but the head itself is a bit more ogranic to fit the blade. With more time, I'd like to concept out a few more things.

Other corpus weapons are also super shiny, and tend to have a bit of square kinda press stuff on them (braton for example), and they are also very boxy. Otherwise, I really like it :3

The idea was to keep it nice and clean like other Corpus weapons, which are all mostly dull colors with little going on with the texture. Not sure if I'd want to add too much texturing, it might pull away from the simplicity of the design.

Looks pretty good but really need some texture.
