Needs updating as it messes up with Room requirement popup and object highlighting

For those that use this mod and notice that the water pipes and boilers are no longer under the water section, instead under power. You have to edit the material.txt file in this mod to fix it.
You have to go to AppData\Local\Introversion\Prison Architect\mods\(insert mod number here)\data\materials.txt then look for the items that no longer appear in the water section and add this line to each item
Properties WaterUtility

The items you have to do this for are:
WaterPumpStation
WaterBoiler
PipeValve
PipeLarge
PipeSmall
PipeHotWater
Sprinkler

this mod breaks the water system sadly with the latest game update.
