I like this map, but there are too many luxury resources.

Easy Fix. You gotta take the map folder, found here (My Documents\my games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS). And move the map folder to (My Documents\my games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\Maps). It'll appear under Additional Maps when you start a modded game.
