do you have other mods for drills? have you tried unsubbing and subbing again to redownload it?

I tested it in Singleplayer, made sure that the Large Drills needed 53 Construction Components, turned on the drills, and gently pressed the drills into the voxel surface. Only small amounts of material were mined, with only minor dents in the voxel surface.
