Can you use this Mod without the Egg Converter, and if so how would you disable the Egg Converter?

+1 would love to see a working and updated kibble table / cooker mod that uses eggs converted and not metal.

I was looking for a kibble mod but upon seeing that this is not being updated I don't think I will bother.

Will this mod be ever updated?

Wow, I really like this mod! Theres only two negatives to it (in my opinion).

1- I believe EVERY dinosaurs should have their kibble listed, not "merged" with others.

For example, the Itchty, Pteranodon and Mesopithecus uses the same kibble, but it is only listed as "Ptera & Ichty" or something like this, so if you search for "Meso" it won't show up.

2- I believe the model for the cooker should be reduced in size by half or something like this, it is WAY too huge.

Note: Maybe adding custom pictures for each kibble would be nice too, would make it easier to find them instead of "searching" for them? Can't complain though, I use the "search" function a lot in ARK so its not a big deal, this is why its only a note :)

Can you update and add more kibbles? There isn't even any for Diploducos?

cant this be configured to remove the quetz kibble and giga kibble ? or any kibble you dont want?

There's also another mod that has a kibble cooker in it. Can't remember the name. Would prefer this on its own though.

In case people are looking for the info, if you are breeding Dinosaurs, you need the actual eggs... generic eggs and kibble made from the cooker do not work if your baby dino requests to be hand fed kibble.

@☣Mauro☣ I think this mod needs to be updated urgently. There are missing many Kibble. For example the Galimimus Egg, Kairuku Egg... (http://ark.gamepedia.com/Kibble) . - And in my opinion, the stove is too big. Better use the Industrial Cooker. I think Water is a good part of all Kibble Recipes.

For some reason the cooker will not register any cooked meat jerky

Sorry to say it, but this mod seems to be not updated at all as it conflicts with the ghillie armor, the bench, the cage, level 90 engrams and a lot more.

Mosa/Giga kibble is saying it needs 100 mejoberries per kibble.

I fixed it.
Stopped the server, deleted the mod, started the server, logged in, stopped the server, reentered the mod (first mod in the line now) and restarted the server and now it works as intended.

That's definitely strange. Anyone else had any similar issues?

Did not work, can't place it anywhere. It's green but nothing happens after placement. Just nothing.

On any foundation I tried. It worked in local play but not on my server, I raised the max structures now. Maybe this is the reason. I will see.

Where do you want to place it? Maybe that info could help us figure out what's wrong for you.

Thanks for no help. This mod is useless if one can't place the egg converter because the kibble cooker does not work with "vanilla" eggs. Why can't nobody help me? Any ideas what the bug causes?

@noctu. got you. yeah. I see why you would want to do that. On the other hand. Dragon eggs look so nice :)

@brond. No looking to get teh eggs converted to the generic dino eggs. tamed plenty of dragons and yes its rex egg kibble or plesio/mosasaurus ot make them. Got about 100 dragon eggs sitting here doing nothing hehehe.

It doesn't work for me :-(( can't place the damn egg converter now after I save the materials for so long :-(( argghhh

Any chance we can get dragon eggs added to the egg converter? Small Dragon Mod is what they are coming from. Im sure we are waiting on the dev kit for the compy, kairuku, and ovi eggs. Otherwise I absolutely love it. Far superior to aku shimas.

Im also looking forward to the chain cooker, its more immersive and less automated, so i can keep working on my garden and gather the ingredients.

@ecoay thanks for the feedback I really wanted to make this as close or better than the Aku Shima kibble o matic, that being said I can't say I've personally done that. I am working on making the eggs be tiered, more of a hard egg to obtain then more value of generic eggs you get. I'm still working on the coding on it but it shouldn't be more than a few more days till I have tiered the egg system =)

To be honest this is a great alternative to aku shima since his isnt updated. Was wondering if it used a similiar tiered eggs system however? Dodo eggs giving 1 generic egg and lets say rex eggs giving 3 and carno eggs giving 2? And does the higher tier kibble reguire aditional eggs?

I like that i can use 3 dodo eggs to make a rex egg kibble for a plesio tame but it would take 3 of them however If I did have the rex eggs it would only take the 1 since it breaks down to 3 generic.

@Mauro love what you've done here. Looking forward to the Kibble Chain Cooker though. I like the specific ingredients method. Keeps me active.

@Mauro I have everything in this mod working except for the alchemy kit which is required to make the paste items for the kibble-o-matic. Why is this happening ? I have no conflicting mods

Ok cool, thanks for the clarification. I thought I was being stupid forgetting about gasoline lol.

@Chris, You need to put gasoline in the kibble cooker for it to turn on. And Generic eggs took over the way the kibble recipes are made in this mod. I removed the old egg requirements. If you want something like the old school system, I'm making a mod called Kibble Chain Cooker, it basically does just that, Lets you cook kibble using the original recipes. That will be released most likely tomorrow.

Hi there, great idea for a mod by the way! After I installed this mod, I built both machines and after putting the required resources in the cooker it wont let me make anything. It says to turn on and make kibble, but there is no option to turn it on and I have a working power outlet next to it. (Unless i'm being stupid and missing something) Also, the recipes just have the generic dino egg listed, but I was expecting the actual egg used in the base game to be listed, and to use the generic egg in place if needed. Please help me as I love this mod

True, some dinos currently don't have much use besides eggfarming (which is stated as the sole reason why people tame Dodos in the dossier, but not for other creatures).
I'm fine with that in the current state of the game, but the devs already announced a second pass for the older creatures, so I sincerely hope that it will change with that. I don't like creatures with seemingly similar roles to be upgrades to each other (like the current small mounts, where the saber and wolf are so much more useful compared to a raptor in the long run), but rather sidegrades that excell in different situations (Doed and Anky do this regarding gathering, but apart from that, the Doed is kind of more useful).
