In the movie the upper guitar is a guitar (6 strings) and the lower one is a bass (4 strings)

If lawsuits occur, then I'll take it down right away. That said, I dont think there is any kind of copyright on having a guitar shoot flames.

Took a look at the Guitar in the movie, the guitar here looks like someone put guitar parts on a flamethrower. The original looks like someone put guitar parts on a flamethrower. So, I think he might be OK.

This is a really nice concept, but some of the textures seem a bit... off... from the style of TF2. It might just be me, but I think the guitar should have some reflection or glossiness to it.
