They should allow ENBs on steam. All we have is the thing that puts shrooms everywhere.

i use the nexus mod manager aswell as an ENB which means i cant use the steam launcher otherwise my ENB will mess up.

Could you not upload the file on a website ?

You can make the armor at a forge, helm takes 2 leather, suit takes 20. Or you can use help command and find the ID, then player.additem for each part,
