Epsyl it is just a head of a creature and as I know Capcom, they are not assholes with plagiarism. I think changing the name to for example electric leviathan you mentioned should be enough.

I really love this skin. We don't see that much orange on weapons other than asimoves.

I love Monster Hunter, too. But I don't think changing solely the name will be of help. You could change the shape of his jaw or something like that. Try to let it look like an electric leviathan. Just don't make it too obvious.

Actually this shouldn't be plagiarism, as it is only a skin inspired by that creature. If Lagiacrus itself was implemented in the game, that would be playgiarism. Although they might have problems with the name of that skin, so that maybe should change. I personnaly hope it gets into the game, I love Monster Hunter and having this would be awesome. :)

This is from Monster Hunter Tri. You are not allowed to pick up things from other games without permission which does require tons of paper work. My advice: take it back as fast as you can.
