I would add a team colored torso item for the Scout, "Robin's Armour" or some such. You know with sleeves and the like. Oh! What about a gloves and boots combo item as well? Team colored as well, of course.

Due to art style guidelines; capes in TF2 are usually a no-go, otherwise I totally would have.
