As of today it hasn't been updated since 23 Nov, 2015!
It may work with Parklife (I haven't tested) but it hasn't been updated for it and I doubt it will be.
I use and prefer
Find It which actually has been updated on 26 May @ 6:56pm post the Parklife release.

Is there a way to get default cars to appear in searches so I can place them statically like in a parking lot, for example? I've tried looking for car, vehicle, motor, but nothing seems to appear

@lelidk123 I think you selected growable buildings, you then have to zone the correct (low res, high res, low commercial, high commercial etc.) first.

Can this search for service vehicles in the city? Say I search "Garbage", could it highlight all the garbage trucks in my city no matter which facility they're coming from? The Traffic Report Tool shows me them per facility if I click on each one, but that's rough when in a large city.
