I recorded this map and had a wonderful time! Sadly I did not use the music because I feared getting shit from YT, however, this was very fun nonetheless, thanks!

This was an excellent map for postal 2! from the music to the visuals to the urine it was all near perfect :D My only complaint is that there was no climax (ie. bowser or something), it just drops you off at the hub world, which was kind of dissapointing in my opinion. But if I were to disregard my complaint, this would be a 10/10. I'd choose gimp suit men over goombas any day ;/-

I had the same problem as @davide.donatellis.

For some reason, my workshop download only has the Updates.ini file, a folder called Maps, and a file called mario2level3.fuk in the Maps folder.

I was able to play that only level after renaming it to WS-mario2level3.fuk.

Hopefully this info helps.
