Hello, was wondering if I could slap this into a server resource pack, I always link back to the authors steam profile and the original mod link on the main download page of the resource mod so that others can find the original authors page and other work.

It will be invisible on the ground as well, both the model and texture were replaced.

All of the backpacks are based off of backpacks from the game, as such they all have the same limitations as the backpack they are based off of.

hello im the owner of gaming unlimited we would like to ask permission to use on our server and along with the server we would like to also ask for your permission to allow us to put it in our mod pack

we would like to make thing easy for our players to install one mod and hope on, so we would like permission to use it in our mod pack (mod pack is only playable on our server since it has red vehicles which is encrypted to only work for our server so you wont have to worry about it being use on other servers with out asking your permission first,

mod being used on our mod pack does get credit (of course it was all the mod makers hard work that allowed us to make the arma server in the first place cant let them down and forgot them,)

I can still use it, but I have to re-equip the backpack and load all my gear back into it. I have around 30-ish loadouts that use this backpack, so it's a bit tedious to have to re-do all of them.

Not sure what happened, but the recent update made the backpacks disappear from all my loadouts that had it equipped. Did you happen to change something to cause this?

@Black Jesus If you still need the files I put a link to the github repository in the description. It has the source config as well as the p3d and paa you'll want to keep it from throwing errors while remaining invisible.

@Black Jesus Yes its binarised but you can unbinarise it with one of the tools I think. It was on my external drive so I won't be able to access the files or my private bikey to sign anything likely until the end of June as the only other copy is in Ohio and I live in Texas.

@Black Jesus The easiest way would probably be just copying the code from a backpack already in the game and just modifying that value and remove the model, of course you'll need to change the class name so it doesn't replace that backpack in the game. If i get a chance later I'll see if my laptop still has the source code from this mod or if it was on my external drive I accidentally wiped.

if you go to this link and scroll down to backpack configuration, you can set the max load of a backpack or any other piece of equipment that can carry stuff. only problem is i dont know how to do this. you have obviously needed to make a duplicate of this code because it is custom content you have created. would be quite easy to just change the maximumLoad value to something bigger than 160 (which is the bergan maximumLoad value.

ok mate. no problem. its just i use the super high capacity backpack mod sometimes and they are all textured. would be good if there was one that was just invisible. i will see what the author of that mod can do then. thanks anyway @bc036

@Black Jesus I believe the bergen has the largest capacity. This mod was only meant to make using backpacks with mods that didn't have a camo they went with easier; as such I have no intention of adding anything without a parent object already in the game.

@god of death Feel free to use it, support for my few mods has gone down a bit since I got out of the hospital in December as I'm still working through that and preparing for my MEB trying to convince them to not discharge me from the USAF; however this should continue working and I will attempt to keep it updated if any new backpacks come out.

@Winters I'm currently starting up Publisher to put the vests on the workshop. As for the backpacks they retain all functionality from the base game varients,they just lack a model. They retain their parent backpack weight and will also gain the weight from items in them, as the base game backpacks do.

@直出中国的 As far as invisible vests goes yes I could but I make their parent base game items as to keep things balanced so they wouldn't necessarily be high capacity.

What is this supposed to do? If it "adds" anything, we need classnames to use it for anything on a server ._. If it replaces by overwriting the cfg file its literally incompatible with any other mod that modifies said cfg file. Some documentation on what the heck you've done would be nice.

@Ansgar My desktop, which contains all the tools and files i would need to sign and pack it, is currently around half a country away. If I make it back there soon I will just do it there but if not I'll have to wait for my parents to get it set back up so I can pull what I need as they are holding onto it unti I get to my first base, but I'd be happy to put it together once one of those happens.
