the sky and stars doesnt look bad, but the moon's face just looks weird and i think it could be done much better.

I'm not sure if this fits the TF2 art style. Maybe if the "gibus moon" look more cartoony, and did what some unusuals do, and make it fade in and out, sort of like blood moon, with the skull.
