It's kind of weird for an unusual effect, but last year's halloween floating anus effects were weirder. Good job.

Welp I hope with communtiy effects they give a self-made hat with this effect on it because you deserve it. And I am just saying that because I already know that this effect is in and I will unbox till I get one :3

Okay, Burning and Scorching are god tier. Good. This is a Halloween effect, Halloween effects are rare, impressive. This has fading hands, fascinating. This is fire with eyes, incredible.
The conclusion?
This > Burning/Scorching

Take this down immediately, there's a good chance that this'll get in rather than my Eerie Flames and I DON'T LIKE THAT IDEA :P

This one is very well made. Only criticism to be found is that Shamrock Inferno is similar enough to scorching flames to be easily mistaken for it, if not viewed from a short distance. Otherwise, thumbs up all the way!
