why does it have entertainement value? it generates traffic

For anyone on the fence thinking about subscribing to this parking lot I will tell you it works extremely well. I filled up the 72 spaces very quickly after placing it near a public transport bus and metro hub station. I watched as a vehicle left the parking space and then another vehicle filled it fairly soon after. Thank You Floxi for this asset.

I'm still using it and it simply works. Downloaded others but they often need plain space that doesnt make them easy to use. I still come back to this one every time.

It’s true, I wasn’t so happy when my baby was born, if I find free space in a free parking lot.

Now THATS alot of parking.

Also, If you want people to actually use the parking, find a road mod that helps change roads and stuff, and set it to no parking. The cars will have no other choice to park in the lots.

Missing concrete texture... Spots of grass on the parking lot...
