As pleasant as this is...and really it is I love the vibe as the commentor below me said, IT'S TOO SMALL. Really, it must be bigger, even a small bit. The fact that this effect is both small AND faint means that it will simply be too difficult to see majority of the time.

Dang this looks like a good Unusual Effect.

Why can't it already be in Tf2 though, I don't know.
