since the architects can be reassigned with 4.30 i suggest you hire a random architect.. replace the archi on the CV you want to repack and re-install the previous archi once the recycle and destroy repack is finished.
to gain the same functions like this mod HAD i also suggest to use either SRD & Station Engineers or SRD & my Regular Cloth Mod.
Had a Taladi architect after it detached I had a women with a Taladi name, which I thought was kinda funny but I want to keep my architect the same.
so please fix this great mod.

If this issues persists I would sugest you repair the station with the CV, and maybe try my other mod, Denied Space Initiative. This will allow you to build laser destroyers which are very good at patrol and station defense. One or two of these ships should be able to protect your stations very effectivley against any type of raiders or small attack groups.
My game is heavy modded, maybe something is conflicting with engie. But i don't see which of mods may interrupt it, nothing deals with stations.
I have made some investigation and find that there are lot of repair drones losses in this zone every 5-10 minutes. Station is using them at 100% (40 out of 40)
Think they are just got intantly destroyed by flame from working metal refineries o_O
There are two other ways to get rid of it. One is to just blow it up. The other is to modify the savegame xml and remove it from there. (Make a backup first if you do this)
I got your save and you can take it down now if you wish.

I found the problem and fixed it. The architect should behave from now on and respond properly to new build requests.
Unfortunately this does not fix already broken architects, so you should replace them. Sorry for this.
Replacing architects in vanilla games works fine. There is a problem however if you have the Capital Ship Bridge mod installed, as this one allows you to call the architect back to the Skunk. If you do that you won't be able to assign it back to the CV and you must replace it with another architect. In the vanilla game you cannot recall architects from CVs, and it looks like this operation is not supported. You can still assign a new architect to a CV if you made this mistake and after that the CV behaves normally.

If I attempt to reassign the old architects to their CVs after the Skunk transfer (instead of firing them) their transfer pods will not move back to the ship and the pods will show as not owned by me. Could the old architects still be assigned to their old stations/old state of their CVs or something, causing these problems?
I've had issues like these with crew before. You ALWAYS seem to have to transfer them to the Skunk before firing them or replacing them when this happens, or you'll end up with duplicate crew spots like Kaalund mentioned. Last time that happened to me I had to save edit the broken crew member out of existence, because it could not be removed in-game. :P
In my case this might be caused by some kind of conflict with the CWIR mod.
