Two things:
1: Amazing.
2: This needs to be a gradient for both teams.
That being, the red to yellow can be for RED and the Blue with purple mixed in can be for BLU.
That, or something to seperate the two so that it doesn't look like two skins mixed... because it looks amazing either way.

I don't like community skins, all of them are uninteresting and over the top flashy. This is perfect, I love it. This isn't to flashy and is simple.
