The Jack-o-lantern actually has two sets of glow, one as an aura around and one stronger glow in the center. For some reason it doesn't show up well in some places that don't have proper lighting. In the particle editor itself, it looks much more "glowy" and nice.

Genuinely the first effect on the workshop that I would want on my own hat. Nice one!
