I think all the unoriginality stuff is unapplicable to this, it's an obvious idea that we should have made a long time ago. Personally, I think we should go a step further and call it "Moonbeams".

It should be easier to see now! Also i might add a moon instead for the purple glow in the middle. Would you like that?

This effect suffers from a similar problem that sunbeams has, it's difficult to see in moderate lighting. Also, the effect is great, but there is really nothing to special about it, it's just a recolor of Sunbeams, maybe add a little something to make it unique? Other than that, nice effect man.
