@supermanczx - It is growable, it will randomly spawn when your residential upgrades to level 5. If you want to plop, see Quad Architecture.

@Shroomblaze - Ok, I checked, Seem like that its custom LOD was not imported correctly. Thank you and I will fix it shortly.
Should we unsubscribe from the original Panorama, or are they designed to work together?
