Well, probably, It never says in the lore that the greybeards made a diving site on the throat of the world, but it also never said they didn't.

hi, have a look at the map, on the right side of riverwood, near high hrotghar or went to the guardian stones near riverwood and push the eagle stone - happy jumping! ;-)

To solve the problem with the not existing eagle stone, download the update file. Now you can travel via the map. happy jumping!
