Sad to report that the education updates to the base game that were released along with the Campus DLC seems to have borked this mod. No errors, but it doesn't appear to work nearly as well as it once did..
gbuck70 16 Jan, 2019 @ 3:11pm
This mod is absolutly essential for an industry-heavy city. I can confirm that it works!
Sethpaccio 21 Dec, 2018 @ 8:57am
@iKyleRogers
This mod indeed still works with Industries DLC. I subscribed to this mod yesterday, after few hours running in my 450k population, unemployment went from 1% to 8%, farming area used to have few hundred out of 2000+ unemployed worker but now it's full.
KAMPRogers 6 Nov, 2018 @ 6:01pm
Does this work after Industries?
Shadowguardian91 26 May, 2018 @ 8:45am
will this still work?
DerKrieger 24 Jan, 2018 @ 11:49am
I still think that this is working. not sure though, but so far i have no issues.
WisTex 6 Nov, 2017 @ 2:24am
I usually have the problem of overeducated workers. This is a more realistic scenario and solves the problem with businesses having nearly 100% overeducated workers.
haki 28 Oct, 2017 @ 7:11am
this sound awesome, im using the force overeducated workers mod, but this would be so much more realistic, will definately try and hope works with green cities..
Xenophero 21 Oct, 2017 @ 6:43pm
is this working in 1.9?
Pwner’s Manual 2 Sep, 2017 @ 8:11pm
It's not breaking the game on 1.7, and I think it's working.
Weaver 29 Jun, 2017 @ 9:55am
I'd like to know also...
eewaro 24 May, 2017 @ 10:04pm

Skullzcrusherz 6 Dec, 2016 @ 4:21pm
Should work with ND
Grenal agent of Ginger Boss 4 Dec, 2016 @ 6:38pm
Does this work even with the Hadron Collider?
nw 3 Dec, 2016 @ 11:23am
Clever.
Hullian111 5 Aug, 2016 @ 7:02am
Tuning options?
Deez Nuts 29 Jul, 2016 @ 9:57am
Guessing this is incompat with anything which changes length of citizen life?
Skullzcrusherz 26 Apr, 2016 @ 4:16pm
Education is a little op in this game this mod actually nurfs it some.
So's_your_face 7 Apr, 2016 @ 3:16am
It would be neat if this could be inversely correlated with socioeconomic class. So if cims live in a poor neighborhood they are more likely to flunk high school and remain uneducated. Then a mayor could create slums to provide low class workers for their industry rather than having them evenly distributed citywide.
Sylv~r Sky 30 Mar, 2016 @ 12:12am
I like the idea, i think maybe 50% fail is kind of high.
mizrael77 11 Mar, 2016 @ 1:27am
I'm using this mod with Snowfall and everything seems fine, although the distribution of education levels after a few years is a bit different than that in the description.
gravage 10 Mar, 2016 @ 2:43pm
Damn! ... I would have loved to use this mod.
Nandi 1 Feb, 2016 @ 12:55pm

Nandi 1 Feb, 2016 @ 12:54pm

Deez Nuts 13 Jan, 2016 @ 6:52am
Anyone figures out AD compat yet?
benzoll 25 Nov, 2015 @ 11:05pm
I not have DLC "AD".
Mod work fine in v1.2.2-f3 :steammocking:
roberto tomás 27 Oct, 2015 @ 9:07am
started a discussion about AD compatibility — my take: it appears to ignore the avoid school policy
Amberes 27 Oct, 2015 @ 5:33am
BUMP 'Does this conflict with the Out of School policy in After Dark'
WalrusInAnus 16 Oct, 2015 @ 11:12am
Has anyone figured it out?
Popsicle Penguin 12 Oct, 2015 @ 12:21am
Would love to know as well if this is compatible.
hehehemann 10 Oct, 2015 @ 1:39pm
Does this conflict with the Out of School policy in After Dark?
Kago™². 8 Oct, 2015 @ 6:58am
Is this compatible with the new update? Just want to be sure
Segerrik 30 Sep, 2015 @ 5:41pm
@Angel

Educated people moving in was my first guess as well.

But I checked using the "favorite sims mod" and it turned out that only uneducated people were moving in (consistent with my town being new and none of the houses having levelled up) and it was the teenagers that turned either educated or highly educated when becoming youg adults even though I had no education buildings. After turning off the drop out mod the education level went down to 0 after a few game years (as the young adults had no level 1 or 2 houses to move into).
AngelOfPassion 28 Sep, 2015 @ 8:56pm
@segerrik

People that move in to the city are already sometime educated by default.
Segerrik 28 Sep, 2015 @ 2:44am
problem: in my town without any schools at all at least 30 % educated themselves with the mod on
Uber-n00bie 25 Sep, 2015 @ 4:00pm
Hmm, so it seems this mod still works. But I wonder what happens when you enable this AND the "Schools out" policy. Nobody goes to college I'd assume. :P
Froudini 25 Sep, 2015 @ 2:04am
Really hyped about this mod. One of the biggest reasons I took a break from the game was because of how education worked. You had to choose between having everybody or nobody getting educated. Thank you :)
boformer 25 Sep, 2015 @ 1:01am
It doesn't produce errors. But now there is also an official policy called "Schools out" that does the same thing (I don't know if it is a part of the DLC or the free update).
Baleur 24 Sep, 2015 @ 9:22pm
Works with after dark?
