Hey! I think this map is great for your first one. But there are a few things I would recommend changing.

1. I feel like it's too small. Maybe if you can increase the length of the map to make it not so cramped. The rounds end very quickly, I like that but sometimes they end too quickly. If the map was a little bigger, maybe with a little more cover such as boxes, crates, etc.

2. I like the idea of the glass walkway above the middle, it's great, but I found it difficult to see any enemies on the ground when i'm up there, but I noticed that you can see just fine up there when on the ground. Maybe try changing the texture to something that works for both ways.

3. The spawn points. Not really a fan of them. It's very predictable where the enemy will pop out, every time you come out of spawn you can easily pre-aim where they come from. Maybe put spawn points on both sides of the room and put the stairway in the middle of both of them, just to switch things up a bit.
