Obviously I am being a noob. But could someone explain/teach/ tell me how to bulldoze the underground road part of the tunnel. I did not like the placement and want to start over. Many thanks!

Yes you can place this under an existing highway. Simply place one on each side the highway and connect the two wit a large road under ground. Enjoy and thank you for asking.
