As for the HL2 stuff, I'm afraid -I- personally can't help you with that.
If that doesn't work, try playing EP2 a little bit, maybe like for a few minutes, to make sure the content is loaded.

if you look at the "Created by" to the right, you'll see Magnum MacKivler. Click on him to go to his profile, and look at his workshop creations. You'll find his track addon there. :)
If you have problems with the autoswitches, enable sv_cheats, then type this into the console:
ent_fire "trigger_multiple" disable
This will turn off all the autoswitches in the map (you can re-enable them by replacing "disable" with "enable")
Note that you have to be an admin to do this. Obviously.
Also note that this may screw up other parts of the map that use trigger brushes.

-Removed the train maintenance area until further notice (it will be replaced by a fueling delivery area, or something)
-Expanded road system
-Moved a build room nearer to the supposed fuel area
-Minor track adjustments I messed up last update (8th September update lol)

When this update comes out I don't know, I'm still making adjustments but I'm working very long to get this out. I'm hoping it'll be all good.
