Ok, sorry it took a little while the workshop was giving me errors when i tried to update the mod.
It now has been updated but it may not work with some of the newer expansions becasue I don't have the time to go through and add civilizations to this mod just yet. Maybe I will in the future. But for now it should work with most of the main factions. If you see a faction that it does not work with please let me know and I will try to add them in later.

@Theoknotos @002 I just moved and so I will have to download it again and update it for you guys, but it should work right now, I will try to have it updated by the end of the week. Also Idon't believe I changed any stats that had to do with religion, but i will check.

It says it hasn't been updated since 2017, so I'd assume it needs to be updated. I've been looking for a mod that reduces the negative religion penalty some buildings have and thought this would be useful.

i have found a glitch where you cant see the religous building penaltys/effects

if someone could make a mod that does nothing but reduce the squalor and public order penalties penalties for industrial buildings I would use it. because something like a level 3 gold mine that literally doubles in penalties to produce 1500 wealth as compared to a level 2 gold mine that produces 1200 wealth

i don't know about this mod, I mean yes this mod completely necessary for industry buildings because the public order and squalor penalties are all way too high to justify ever building them in vanilla game, but then i think doing it for all buildings is still a little too overpowered for me.

Mod just needs to be updated for Empire of the Sands. Currently it eliminates all building effects, positive and negative for those factions unique buildings. Can't play any desert faction till then. +1 for the mod though, it's my favorite balancing mod

Ok the road development for barbarians has been doubled. I was not able to make the other mod tonight but my brother said he would when he has some extra time and upload it to the workshop

Could you please also increase the Road Development. I tried another mod for that at the same time with yours, it won't work. But I rather us your mod then just having better roads for babariens.

Good mod, but I think 1/2 is too easy. 1/4 seems better. As WRE, I've survived to 432 so far and I'm at 2000 food, and all my cities have high public order. It's waaaay too easy, and I"m not struggling anymore. Without the mod I have like 150 food, heh.

I found a building with a small bug, Builder's Workshop squalor still remian 10, not halved.
