@aftopot Thanks, I marked the spot with a district, and surrounded it with a ring of trees as a way to mark where it is. That way, it will be protected against construction works

So, what does this "Alien's Hand" look like in the map?

What's new on v1.3
- Added sewage canals.
- Fixed some flooding reasons.
- Fixed ship routes.
- Lowered polygon count for better performance.
- Fixed some jitter on some cliffs.

@Kimchi Looks awesome :) Actually saw one of them in the artworks section and rated just before i checked the comments. It may be in the popular list for sometime, i dunno. Anyways, very nice.

@Kimchi Thanks! I would love to see a screenshot sometime if you ever publish :)

I just updated the map changing ramps to dirt roads thanks to @boformer's advice.

I tried to give the mines only one exit so that the traffic issue is abit more challanging. Also having 2 different highway connection on the same tile may create another challange too. I hope you enjoyed it :)

Just played this map last night. The strip mine area is great once you upgrade the roads to dirt. I was able to get over 75k with occupying only the lower peninsula and fully industrializing the mine. The outside conections are a little messy though but this is a fun map!

@boformer: ah, i didn't know that. gonna check it out asap. thanks.

I think with the advanced building mod, you could even place dirt roads in the asset editor to replace those highway ramps.

Man I thought that would bea great project to create one of those sunken mines myself but this map is making me think otherwise. Thanks for sharing! Very well done.
