I found the problem. Put a wal on the corner of the parole room and the room of the water pump. That makes the alley closed off right

ive done that but it doesnt seem to work i had to put a double jail door to get to where the parole area is and thats what i did to fix it from having all the area inside staf only which compleatly fucked the prison up

they will take the shortest route, including the ones that go through the outside of the prison. Try making the only ways to go on the inside, or at least the shortest ways, and try making the other things outside staff only. That could help a lot
