AUG, interesting. Since it works for me and presumably the 100+ people who upvoted this it can't be universal... Maybe it's a matter of timing of when the cube is bouncing or not at the moment you reach the programming trigger for the door?

I'll try some more tests when I have time to see if I can replicate this glitch, and figure out what to do based on how common it proves to be. If it's very rare, I'll probably leave it as-is.

The first exit door opens after using the goo but the second doesn't.

Wolle, no, it's connected. You need to use goo on the cube at the end and have both players in front of the camera. Was a test to see if it's possible and according to my brother's and my test, it is. :)

Exit is not connected, but else nice map.
