Contoller Companion should still be able to run the profile, you'll just have to redirect the the paths to your ESO installation and it should work fine. If not, I posted one for the non-steam one anyways.

I'm in the same situation... heard Bethesda announced at QuakeCon that they will 'eventually' be incorporating controller support but, until then, any options for those of us who purchased outside of Steam?
