AI ships and stations appear to keep dropping and reapplying parts over and over. It's stopping them from producing ships it seems. This is my favorite faction but unfortunately it's quite defunct right now.

Oh hey! the update to the game files made the subfracture work! Played for read for the first time, and I feel that much more complete. But now I have a new problem. My bases don't seem to produce new units, even though I give them thousands of R. I'll look at the other salt mod, maybe it's fixed there.

Sorry, but....

Can you separate the salt asteroid cosmetics from the mod itself and turn them into some sort of plant that spawns randomly around the map???

the salt factions behavior, from what I've seen is this:
Hair-trigger temper: they don't attack you initially, but mess something up(like bumping into them) and...
Swarmer: drones love this trait, tho it could be the x10 mod doing that.
pew pew: every ship in the faction.

Hope for a "maybe" means I must go back and try again. Seems like when mine did grow, I had been in that world for a while. Creating a ship with just several Sub Fractures seemed to immediately break all of them, like mid-game. Just so weird.
