@Cap. Estonia: If you are in a custom match, and everyone else (ally or enemy) who also has the same skin downloaded will also be able to see each other's camouflage. You won't see AI using it though.
I also "think" if you are the host of a custom match, friends will usually auto d/l the skin you have equipped.

Wehrmacht woodland striped and Ambush camouflage winter version please, you're doing a good work on these skins. How did you do it anyway?
