if you lock all of your connectors and add one to the anchore as well as to the main ship (so you can lock them together) then you can make a BP out of it. The only problem though is that projectors won't project any parts past a rotor, piston, connector, or of another block grid size (large won't show small and small won't show large). There is also a limit to the size of object in dimentions that you cn project.
