You could make the eyes a bit of a yellow color slightly darker than the teeth, seen if you carefully look at the original eyes.

@mr.breen I originally made the pupils smaller, but it looked bad. Black Mesa also has a problem with the ichthyosaur's eyes that makes them look in the wrong direction 90% of the time, so that made it even worse. I just changed them back to the HL2 size. If they fix the eyes, I might make them a bit smaller.
