Nice. And i had a feeling it was manila. But yes here they costomise everything including tricycles...

Yes. I took that photograph in Manila, in or near Makati. It is one of their forms of public transport. They are all colourful with their own livery. Something very special to the country. They call them "jeepney", and are a development of the WW2 surplus jeeps the US Army gave the country for re-development purposes in the immediate post-war era.
